Attention homeschool families in the area! Energy Gymnastics is excited to announce the launch of the Homeschool Open Gym Hour on Monday mornings from 10am-11am. This program will be for all school age children (up to 17 years old) in your homeschool program. Each hour will include a variety of gymnastics and general conditioning circuits. Kids will be split up according to age groups for the best experience. Then, they will rotate through the gym getting to experience different challenges. This will not be a class led environment, but an open play time with structured activities.
